Short film advertisment

A Personal project I have developed in my spare time for fashion and sports giant Nike. I’ve always enjoyed the flexibility in creativity that Nike as a brand holds at its core, and wanted to explore my own interests in design and art direction, developing a project that I feel would resonate with consumers that are looking for fashion design that holds a more contemporary energy. I developed a creative campaign that draws upon historical exploration of the psyche and pays homage to the Rorschach inkblot test as well as being inspired by early Japanese manga artists and revival of Neo brutalist trends within the cultural membrane of design. I considered a new logo identity, marketing assets, product design and moving images outcomes to express my unique vision for the brand as an exercise in bridging the gap between commercial branding and experimental aesthetics.
